Such an upgrade from what I had!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded from an older model Samsung dishwasher. After 8 years, the inner door seal on the bottom had failed and started leaking. This model is a massive improvement over my previous one. The third rack is amazing, storm wash works great, and this thing is silent! Very happy with my purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this dishwasher for the features it offers, the streamlined look and how quiet it is!
As soon as you open the door you can see the pod detergent and rinse compartment tucked away in the door just like most dishwashers. There is high quality stainless steel inside and a deep and spacious tub is. Much bigger than my last dishwasher.
You can see the silverware compartment is large and holds items in place. The racks glide easily and without wiggle and are well designed, holding about anything you can think of!
The Bespoke has that third rack which I love and is a new feature for my family so getting them to use it will be entertaining.

Each rack has its own cleaning sprayer nozzle which has so far been spectacular in cleaning my dirty dishes. Even the top rack has its own spray system for your cutlery and smaller items. Extra tip for larger dishes:
My husband was bummed because when loaded with dinner plates the middle rack nozzle was blocked and did not spin. Then I showed him how to adjust the middle rack up so that all systems operated perfectly! Large 9-10 inch plates, tall wine glasses and bowls can be easily loaded and the nozzle will spin!

The unique functions for the washer controls are concealed in the top of the door and have so many options. It will honestly take a year to go through them all but so far I have used Normal, AI Express and Storm and they all work as expected. No warped plastic and the dishes are super clean! The Sound checked out! At 38 decibel this thing is quiet. I can hardly hear it running. I had to use a microphone to listen! See video At 3:07 timestamp for example.

I would like to say this dishwasher has met all my needs and is an absolute game changer for our home. Being able to set the dishwasher from my phone using the smart app is super nice. Not really something I need but I could see why is would make a great feature. I definitely love the capacity and the variety of options for cleaning. So far all my loads have come out perfect. I'm so glad I made the investment!

A smart, elegant and reliable dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is not our first Samsung Dishwasher and probably not our last, we recently moved to our new home and we wanted to match the appliances with white glass and they all look great.
The delivery was fast and we knew when it was going to be done, once installed we got the instructions and there is a good video from Samsung besides the other pictures that show how to stack the dishwasher, so it makes it easy for us to load it in different ways.
First, there are different ways to setup the dishwasher yet it is user friendly because with AI it determines everything so there is no guessing on what to setup the washer to. Once the dishwasher is running it is quiet and smooth.
The controls are easy to use, the LED control panel is easy to navigate and for additional notifications it can be connected to the Samsung App and since I already have the fridge on it, it was easy to add the dish washer and learn as well as control it from there.
The dishes come out clean each time, and they do not need to be pre washed and the dishes come out dry at the end of the wash. The one thing that we really like is how the door opens at the end so it gets ventilation right away, this way we do not have to turn it on while we are at home.
We will come back again due to Samsung’s made well, reliable dish washer, it is easy to use and maintain.

Samsung’s Dish washers keep getting better and bet

Once installed the dishwasher looks great, very nice look that complements our kitchen so well.
And the best part is how the Samsung dishwasher gets everything cleaned inside, and better yet, it dries the dishes and lastly it opens the door slightly so it can be vented right away. This way we do not need to be around while it is working or when it is done.
Our Samsung cleans much better than our previous one and it does it quietly too.
The application is a plus but not necessary, so the dishwasher looks great, works amazingly and we can arrange the dishes in many different ways to optimize the space to be cleaned. There is a spot where the dishes get the force of the jets even better so on that side is where we place the dishes that are a little dirtier. Clean and Quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher operates with exceptional quietness, requiring close proximity to detect its operation. The dishes emerge completely spotless, and the automatic opening feature for steam release and drying is highly innovative. Adjusting the middle rack to accommodate taller items on the bottom rack took a few minutes to master. While the third rack is convenient for utensils, I primarily use my silverware caddy for them. The third rack is removable, offering flexibility, but it poses no inconvenience when left in place.

Nice Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung Bespoke dishwasher is a nice effective machine with all the bells and whistles. The first load I washed I did on express cycle and it was so loud. I thought it was loud because of a gap left at the top between the counter and dishwasher. However when I ran my second load on normal is was so quiet. It washed my dishes beautifully. Now this dishwasher plays a tune when done and talks which took be aback. I wasn’t sure I need my appliances to talk to me. These options can be disabled in the app. It also pops open when done which can also be disabled. I actually have adapted to all these functions and actually like them now. The racks feel a little flimsy when you pull them out but I’ve seen much worse. What I really didn’t expect to like so much was the 3rd rack. It is actually so useful and now I don’t think I’d ever want a dishwasher without it. There is a light inside and one that come on under the handle which are features I really like. The digital panel on top is easy to use and not overly complicated. The front stainless panel is thin and I think could be easily dented. In one area it looks a little bent I think from where they pushed it into place. It’s not noticeable unless your really inspecting it, which I was. Overall I am very pleased with my new dishwasher and it exceeded my expectations. If the front panel was reinforced and racks felt more stable it would be perfect. . Very nice dishwasher and I’m happy to have it in my home.

It's an amazing dishwasher

The dishwasher I had at my home was very old and ineffective, so it was a very high priority for me to upgrade. This Samsung dishwasher is everything I wanted! Firstly, it is so sleek. I love the fact that it doesn't show fingerprints, and even the buttons are hidden away at the top. It also cleans very well - everything comes out sparkling. Lastly, I am extremely impressed by how large it is on the inside! There is so much room to store pots and pans, dishes, and then the silverware portion at the top is an added bonus. It's perfect for a family or after a large gathering. It's so quite when running, I truly didn't know it was on.

Quiet and Efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we first acquired our home, it had an older dishwasher. While it ran effectively, it wasn't efficient nor perfectly thorough most of the time. There was unfortunately times that the silverware still had things caked on it after a cycle had ran. The unit also held moisture inappropriately leading to mildew.
The new unit from Samsung is all of the things that the previous dishwasher was lacking. Its super efficient and has a great energy star rating that I appreciate, as I am always trying to find ways to be more environmentally friendly and efficient in my home.
The unit is super quiet and you practically don't know if its running. Additionally, it has lots of different system settings for cycles, based on whatever the dishes may need in the moment. The top rack for utensils and glasses helps to clean the items very well and leaves them super sparkly. I appreciate that the unit door pops open when the cycle is complete to alert me in case I am not home.
I do wish that the unit came with a more helpful "quick start" guide that reviewed all of the different cycles. I felt like a lot of it was learn in the moment and Google search to figure it out.
