Leaking Maching with Bad Warranty Team

Leaked non stop with first week. Three teams couldn't fix and advised it needs to be replaced. Samsung made the warranty and refund process very difficult. The process is designed to make you give up and take a loss. It was so bad I refuse to buy anything Samsung moving forward.

Super quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher is super quiet and has excellent capacity. Sometimes the voice assistant activates without prompting though. Overall I love how the AI save time and money by optimizing for the soil level. Top rack is great for small stuff. Has a premium material feel.

Time to right the ship! Negative reviews for past Samsung is over! I’ve been using my new Samsung three rack dishwasher and it’s been acing every load! From total silence while it’s working, to choices of cycles that fit your needs. Third rack has proven to be a very useful spare rack. Looks great in the kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher is solid. Very low noise, lots of space for everything, and easy to use and program. I use the SmartThings app to set it to do my dishes at 12 am and take advantage of the super off peak energy price. Moreover, I did the install myself and it took me less than 20 minutes to get it all set up and running. Even the most dirty dishes come out as clean as if I had hand-washed them. My only concern is with the detergent enclosure, that felt off a few times. It was easy to put it back on, so this is a no brainer. So far, I am very satisfied with my purchase.
