The little steam cleaner does a good job, but it is too heavy for me to handle. I have arthritis in my hands and it’s very difficult to hold the button down with my thumb. Also, every time I tried to set the unit down on my shower floor while I was trying to steam my tile, it would fall over, and that made me a little nervous that there would be a problem with the steam and it made me nervous. I’d like to say I like it, but it’s not right for me. I wish I could return it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
