I love the extra attachments for this steamer, such as the window cleaner. I have found myself using this much more than my previous one. The extra long hose makes it easier to get at tough to reach areas.

Good cleaning tool but a potential saftey hazard

I've had this product for almost a year. I've primarily used it on bathroom and shower surfaces for which it works quite well. Build-up of grime over time has been a problem in our shower has been a problem over time, and repeated use of the steamer has worked pretty well. The pressure is great and there's ample steam generated. One major drawback: some of the attachments don't lock well and they come off during cleaning. You feel a "click" when the atachment is "locked." But it's not a tight lock. I've gotten a couple of mild steam burns in the process of using it. My workaround has been to use duct tape to ensure that the attachments don't decouple from the hose. Because of this safety issue, I would not recommend buying it because it can be a serious safety hazard unless the owner takes the extra step of using duct tape to prevent detachment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just what I was lookin for

So far I have only used it on the grout of the kitchen floor tiles. AMAZING!. I am looking forward to all the other places around the house I can use this product. However, mine did not come with the extension hose (sad). Also, seems like it will be best used for small jobs that can be done in a few minutes (kitchen floor will take me days), but window sills, toilets, shower walls/doors - can't wait!
