Even though I grind the beans for each pot, the extraction produces very good but not great flavor. On my last Cuisinart coffee maker (this same model), the basket fit too tightly and in this one it’s too loose.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this coffee maker, although I use it exclusively for brewing tea. I had the previous 12-cup model for many, many years and liked it a lot, but this one is even better. The enhanced programming process is much easier with far more convenient controls and the gold filter (included) is a must have.

We love our new coffee maker! The programming is simple and I love to wake up with a fresh pot of coffee. We’ve just switched back to a normal coffee maker and this one has a shower feature (instead of a drip) and the coffee turns out really tasty. Highly recommend.
