I Have had Cuisinart coffeemakers for over 20 years. They work very well. I just received a new one and it is great. I like the push-button start button versus the old "toggle" switch to start brewing, hence the reason I replaced that older model. But it worked, as did the other ones I had replaced over the years. That is why I really like the Cuisinart coffee makers . They work very well and last a long time!

I like that I can program it and have my coffee already made before I get up in the morning. I would like it more if it had a detachable water reservoir. I have to keep sliding it back and forth on the counter top to be able to fill it up with water. It's not as hot as it advertised it to be. Once creamer is added it is just warm.

We first had coffee from Cuisinart at a resort were staying at. I wasnt thought it was the coffee they had provided but it was our usual coffee we had brought with us. The coffee was so smooth and the taste was full. I tolf my husband we just had to buy one. And it was thr first thing we did when we got back home.

This is my 3rd purchase of the same coffeemaker; 1 for our RV, 1 in our residence, & the 3rd one because once when I was away from the RV my husband failed to throw out the old grounds for a week! resulting in black ants coming in & building a massive nest in the maker, eggs & all! It was disgusting, so we had to throw it out! I really wanted a 12 cup instead of 14 but this is all I found.
