I like the looks and how the coffee is brewed - however if you don't use filters it gets really messy and there's lots of cleaning up. Also - the lid of the carafe doesn't bend - to fill it with water you have to take the whole lid off every time. I thought this is rather inconvenient.

After having the coffee pot for a week the water was staying in the upper grounds bin and not draining into the pot. I called and because I couldn’t find the serial number on the tag I was told there’s nothing they can do for a replacement. Normally purchase these coffee pots but will be sticking with a different brand from now on.
