The coffee maker makes average coffee. It does create a very strong plastic smell even a month after daily use. Pouring water into the tank from the coffee pot is very messy because something allows water to drip all over the counter. I wouldn't choose this again.

Had for A little over a month now and very pleased with the 14 cup programmable coffee maker. Everything has run smoothly in operation and I especially like that you can snap off the lid to the coffee pot to make washing it out much easier than typical glass coffee pots who is lid is attached permanently.

good. similar to the 12 cup we have had for a number of years. Only one thing, we would much prefer to have each cup labeled at the water fill side, instead of every other cup label.

Coffeemaker replaces a 5 yr old Mr Coffee. The new Cuisinart brews a much richer, better tasting coffee. What attracted me originally was the 14 cup carafe which has saved me from a 12 + 2 process each morning. Some of the nice features were also on the previous unit but some extra features, like adjusting coffee temp e.g.. are nice too.

The coffeemaker is okay but tad slow and doesn't make or keep coffee real hot. My biggest beef is with their support. I had an issue with a setting and their response was to decalcify with vinegar. That didn't help at all. I later re-read the manual and found the solution. Therefore, I now know more than their support staff does
