Makes coffee very hot so you get full flavor. It is also 14 cup which means less making more drinking coffee. So far no problems with it! Best coffee maker we have owned in a long time.

Makes a constant clicking noise after the coffee pot fills up. It almost seems like the heating element keeps kicking on and off. We have only had it 1 month.

Looks great, works nice. The only thing I can say is that the beeping when the coffee is done sounds like a dump truck backing up! Not a sound you want to hear in the early morning when you get up. Perhaps change that sound to a more pleasant beep.

14 cups is based on 5oz cup not 6oz. Filter overflows with 14 cup and 100gm of coffee. In order to avoid a mess, I have to restrict to 12 cups and 80gm of coffee. This capacity turned out not to be much of an improvement over my Bonavita which is 8 cup based on 6oz cup. This maker is much more difficult to keep clean.

Coffee temperature is adjustable and that is a nice feature. It is a nice addition to the countertop. 14 cup capacity means you typically only have to brew one pot. Easy, neat, and clean!

Another great coffee maker. Rated at 4 stars rather than 5 because the carafe drips when pouring--just like the last one. Also it is noisier that precious model after it finishes brewing (seems to be dripping coffee on the heating element that sputters). Chimes also seem quieter than previous model. Would also appreciate an explanation how the Bold Brew function works, Functionally it makes great tasting coffee in reasonable length of time.

I love the features on this machine. The features make it worth spending the extra money. The drip stop feature is great since my partner sometimes can’t wait for the entire pot to brew. I also like the drip feature with more holes for better brewing. I also like the fact that I can turn off the finished brewing feature
