Love the 14 cup capacity. Basket is positioned well so grounds never overflow over into coffee. Easy to fill reservoir. Large mouth top removes from carafe so it is easy to clean. Wide pouring lip so coffee does not spill when pouring (this was a problem with my last 3 coffee makers) which is why I switched to this one. The only thing I don’t like is that the coffee doesn’t stay hot for very long. I have it set for 0600 and like to sip on coffee all day. By 1000 I have to warm in the microwave.

Great coffee..... but it still needs a better lip for pouring / dripping. It's very difficult to pour w/o dripping.

So far we have no complaints. It works perfectly and looks great in our kitchen. We have never had a Cuisinart before, so, if we can get it to work for more than 6 months, it will be worth it. Almost all of our other brand coffeemakers in 29 years have never lasted that long and usually stop working after about 3 months.

So far, so good! I've had this maker just over a month and am enjoying a nice hot cup of coffee in the morning. I thought I liked a hot cup until this machine, the "hot" setting is SO hot. Medium heat setting is plenty hot for me. I like the customizable features such as the turn off timer and being able to silence the tone when the pot is ready. I'm hoping for a long life with this machine. Fingers crossed!

This is my third Cuisinart 14 cup coffee maker. The coffee tastes so much better in the brewer. It never tastes strong and old. Love being able to control the temperature of the warmer plate.
