Great Coffee maker! Nice easy to use controls. No more knob to switch between functions and settings. Only thing is it produces a great deal of stream and should not be operated under wall cabinetry. You need to pull it out to prevent stream from damaging wood cabinets.

First off, my purchase was based upon reviews. The final product is a good cup of coffee, but nothing to brag about. It's brew process is quite louder than other coffee makers I have previously owned. Also, it takes more time to brew a cup than my previous coffee maker. Not impressed and would not buy again.

Love! Completes my work from home "office experience"! My favorite feature is the "H" selection for keeping your coffee hot so I can enjoy several cups during my morning meetings and then I just make another small pot and keep it warm for the afternoon meetings! Took a few days to get the programming right for our coffee needs but not hard to figure out and its really just a matter of personal coffee preference.
