The lid leaks when I pour the coffee. I think the lid is to loose. Will contact the company,
otherwise, the best coffee ever.

This coffeemaker keeps the coffee at a nice hot but not overcooked temp. It shuts off after 2 hours, although up to 4 hours is possible if you reset it. The coffee that has held for 2 hours is just as good as the first cup. The blue clock light is very bright in the middle of the night. I would have like the water reservoir to be removable. It’s a bit awkward (for me) to hit the 2” x 3” triangular opening at the back of the coffeemaker without spilling. Cone filters are used. Nice looking stainless and black.

Their coffee pot works great. My problem with it is after you make the coffee, trying to remove the carafe is ridiculously hard. It sticks. We have to remove the filter holder then use the coffee pot to get rid of the problem.
