Have been using it for a couple of months. Makes 1-14 cups. Auto on auto off. Can make the hot plate hotter for when guests use cream. Will never go back to Mr. Coffee.

The only reason it's not 5 stars is because the carafe cover does not swing out of the way to refill and the top lid of the coffee maker does not till far enough back to make pouring water into the easy... as a consequence it is hard to get the water level full.
Having said all that....I love the product.... It definitely will keep coffee hot after it brews.

Purchased because had one sometime ago but wore it out... have had two or three other brands since then, none of which makes a cup of coffee as good as the Cuisinart. We came back, and are so glad we did. Every morning starts off on the right foot since we've purchased it.

We love our new Cuisinart coffee maker! Unlike our Bunn, this Cuisinart has a bright power light to see that it's on. Also unlike the Bunn, it has automatic shut off that we can set at different options. This coffee maker holds more cups of coffee and it doesn't need paper filters. Plus it takes up less counter space than the Bunn coffee maker.

Very happy with this coffee maker. I love the ability to control the heat of the plate. (I like hot coffee to be hot.) I’ve used this coffee maker with a number of different cup settings from 14 cups to 7 to the 1-4 cup setting. All have been consistently good. We do like strong coffee which has been delivered with the “bold” setting, as opposed to adding more coffee. I like the look and, more importantly, the coffee it produces. I do recommend this product.
