Brews a nice hot cup of coffee with warming plate on medium tho it does take up to 10 minutes which is why 4 stars not 5, don’t usually make 14 cups but it’s nice to have available when we have guests. Hope it lasts longer than past coffee pots I have purchased

Have had a couple of months now, and keep getting grounds in our coffee. I am not overfilling grounds, and only making 12 cups in the 14 cup machine, so not sure why this is happening. Disappointed so far in the quality, had hoped at this price point would be a better machine. Coffee is not as hot as hoped, even the warming element on H does not heat up the pot to what I consider HOT.

I’ve always loved your coffee makers and never had a problem with one until this purchase. The coffee pot clogs up and gets grounds everywhere. Very disappointed.

My wife and I have had a number of these coffee makers over the past several years. Like any electric appliance, they don't last forever, but when they have ceased working after a few years we always buy another because we like the coffee they make.
