This coffeemaker is not what I expected from a brand name. I have only bought Cuisinart my whole life and this product is a big disappointment. The biggest problem is the clicking noise it makes after you have brewed a pot of coffee. And the noise continues the whole time the coffeemaker is on. The second problem is with the actual coffee pot. If you pour coffee to fast it comes down the outside of the pot onto your counter. I never had that problem before with any of my other coffeemakers from Cuisinart.

I would have given this 5 stars, but the carafe spills if you're not very careful while pouring. That never used to happen with my old Cusinart coffeemaker (which lasted 7 years of heavy use). Makes me wonder if I should have bought the Ninja, or another. Still, good product.

Absolutely great! Intuitive controls, bold brew option and easy to clean. Makes great coffee! The last two coffee makers I used brewed so hot the taste was ruined, this one makes it perfect!

Nice coffeemaker that looks nice and makes a nice hot pot of coffee. The only issue with the machine is that when brewing it makes a load clicking sound. Not sure what it causing it.

I got this coffee maker about a month ago, and so far I am very pleased with it in terms of ease of use and quality. I will recommend it, but I also note one minor design flaw. There is a gap under the plastic rim of the carafe on both the inside and outside that traps water, making it difficult to air dry in a dish rack. Not a big deal, but a bit inconvenient. One thing I will not be able to rate until time has past is the durability. Will this last longer than, say, a Mr. Coffee? (I know that's setting the bar low.) One of my biggest complaints with Mr. Coffee was the unavailability of replacement parts. Even losing the little rubber stopper in the bottom of the basket meant having to buy a whole new unit. I haven't tested yet, but it looks like replacement parts are readily available for this unit, which I consider to be a significant advantage.
