I like everything about cuisinart 14 cup programmable coffeemaker. I had the 12 cup for 10 years and this one seems to be as good. I have had a little over 6 weeks now.

My husband and I recently purchased the 14 cup automatic drip coffee maker in black/stainless steel to replace a previous Cuisinart Coffee Maker that we had for about 10 years and which we liked a lot. We are certainly enjoying it as Cuisinart has upgraded several of the feature. The carafe does not leak when you pour like our previous one did, which is really nice. No more coffee on the counter or tablecloth. The carafe holds 14 cups instead of 12 which actually makes a huge difference. We like that you can change the hot plate settings to keep the carafe warm at either high, medium or low as well as change for how long it stays heated. We love the programmable feature; it is certainly nice to wake up to the smell of fresh brewed coffee each day. When we decided to purchase another coffee pot, the only kind we wanted was a Cuisinart and we are just pleased as punch with our purchase. Thank you, Cuisinart, for making a quality product.

Aesthetically pleasing, intuitive setting adjustments, and somehow stays cleaner inside than my previous coffee makers. It hisses a little when it's wrapping up a brew, but I find it endearing.
