love the brand it's my 3rd model I've owned. this one is a bit cheaper in materials but the coffee comes out tasting great and always hot!! our old one was starting to fail us in the temp.

Reliable as expected. I purchased this because I previously had a Cuisinart and loved it. Not disappointed. Keeps the coffee good and hot AND the new option to brew "Bold" has resulted in my using less coffee. Haven't tried the 1 cup option but expect it to perform as stated.
