So far so good I love this coffee maker so far, I haven't owned a programmable one in a very long time. Even when my fuse flipped, I was impressed to discover that it still remembered the time.

The coffee maker brews a nice pot of coffee and it has some interesting extras, however, a couple of the cells on the digital display have never worked properly. That means the displayed time can be a bit of guesswork. It wasn't worth my hassle to make an issue of it and mail it back but it is still a little disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This Coffee Pot is easy to use, sets up nice, with a 14 cup pitcher, I really like that, and to be able to set them temp, since I use creamer, the hot is a nice feature. The filter for the water is a nice touch to, yes I would recommend this product.

The coffee maker produces great tasting coffee. When our old coffee maker stopped working, we tried several other brands. The coffee produced by those brands were either bitter or weak. The Cuisinart Coffee maker produces flavorful, well balanced coffee consistently. The only negative is the grounds seep through the gold filter without a paper filter.
