The coffeemaker brews great, but the digital display is all messed up. I can't read the numbers and therefore cannot program the coffeemaker. Also, when I press the brew button and then the bold button, the bold button does not come on. However, when I press the program button first, the bold button works -- so I have to press program, bold, and then brew every time I brew a pot of coffee.

Excellent cup of coffee! I've purchased many type of coffee makers over the years and this is hands down the BEST.
FYI...IGNORE the "Clean Light" (RED light left side of display) that constantly lights up after you brew a pot. Yes, it's a glitch, it will go away....don't let it deter you from what you are searching for.. a great cup of coffee.
