This coffee pot is awesome. We are huge coffee drinkers and it’s nice to have the 14 cups. This keeps the coffee warm for several hours and it doesn’t get bitter. The only complaint that I can think of or have is the loudness of the beeper when the coffee is ready. We love it!!

All around it is a good coffee maker, but my only major criticism is that it does not feel very sturdy. By that I mean all of the plastic components in it feel very flimsy and perhaps prone to breakage over time...also the glass of the carafe is super thin, which will likely break without much striking force.

I like it but IMHO there is some room for improvements such as backlighting for the clock & a window to view the water level rather than having to look inside but overall I like it. Happy shopping

This machine is beautiful. I love the permanent filter that it contains. I use the bold setting frequently, which pulls much more flavor from my coffee beans. I also use the program setting so I can prepare the coffee before going to bed and wake up to a fresh, delicious pot of coffee.
