I've been using the 12 cup versions of this coffee maker for many years. This 14 cup version is just excellent. The markings on the carafe are a little hard to see but that's probably my tired old eyes.

I bought this coffee maker because my last one worked flawlessly for nine years. It was still working but the bottom had rusted out. I figured if the last Cuisinart could last that long I needed to stick with a good thing. This coffee maker makes great tasting coffee, is reasonably priced, and is easy to operate.

It’s probably my favorite coffee maker ever, I’ve tried so many over the years and I always return to Cuisinart. It looks great on the counter, makes a hot pot of coffee and the heat settings are amazing.

top does not go back far enough to empty all the water out of the carafe, notifying peep when coffee is finish brewing is next to impossible to hear. Should have a blinking light when brewing and solid when complete
