This is my 3rd identical coffee make I've had in the past 6 years. I make a lot of coffee. There are very few 14 Cup makers on the market. The pots would have lasted a lot longer if we didn't have such hard water. After repeated cleanings, the amount of time to make a pot was nerve wracking, so it was time to toss and pick up a new one.

Water filter holder

Love this coffee maker (14 cup). I’m having trouble with the (single) water filter holder. It wants to float out of place. The first time it happened I changed the filter and the issue resolved. This time, after changing the water filter, the holder still floats. Please help.

Overall a good product but lacking a few features like auto turn-off. We've had an empty pot on the hot plate that burned what was left in the pot. However, makes good coffee and keeps it hot, so overall, OK

I looked at a bunch of coffee makers, looking at reviews and this one has a lot of good ones. So, we decided to get it. I have had it for a couple months and it has made a great cup of coffee right off the bat. It is definitely worth the little bit more money than the cheaper models.

BEST coffee maker we ever owned! First and foremost, the coffee tastes great (we use the bold setting), is piping hot and stays hot on the warming tray (set for 4 hours). Second, it makes 14 cups and since we use oversized mugs we actually have enough coffee. Had seen some reviews where people say you don't get the full amount which is true since the coffee grounds hold some water BUT, we fill the water to the top of the word MAX and pot is filled to the 14 cup line. Granted, we're still in the honeymoon phase but we've had several perk a drip pots and this beats them all!
