I bought a few weeks ago and within days the carafe failed (serious leakage)….and then I read reviews and saw it was a fairly common problem (so returned it).

Received my 24 cup coffee maker right on schedule as promised. All ready to go. Good quality and assembled with good materials. All the bells and whistles needed for that great cup of coffee.

Our similar model Cuisinart coffee maker was not keeping coffee as warm anymore. Our old one was 10 years old and except for the warming issues was still making coffee almost everyday. So there was no thought of changing brands and we looked for a model as close to our old one as possible. The programming on this model is a little easier then the old one. Also like on this new one we can turn of the alarm tone. See ya again in 10 years!?
