I read some of the reviews so I was ready for some of the issues I might see. The red cleaning light did come on , but I saw where some said unplug it it for a few minutes... that worked. Also I read where someone had a issue with it overflowing all over the counter. ...be sure you push the coffee basket holder all the way down! So far it’s great. Pours perfectly..no drips! probably should be a 4 star because of the red light issue

I do love this coffee pot, 14 cups is definitely what we need in the morning. No need to make a second pot. If I had to say anything negative it would only be that if you get a fine grind you need to use a paper filter or you will get lots of grounds in your coffee pot. Nevertheless, a good cup of coffee.

This is my third Cuisinart coffee maker. I love the bigger crafe and the bigger pour spout to hold the water. I like the cup indicator on the side. My only negative remark is that the lid to the carafe is hard to click in correctly so that it doesn't drip when you pour coffee or pour the water into the reserve. I listen for the click to indicate a good fit but it still drips dome of the time.

Overall pretty good product. One thing to think about is that, it has to sit out far on the counter because to open the lid,it has to be able to clear the cupboards and it’s a little hard to be able to pour “all”the water from the cafee into the maker.

This is the second Cuisinart 14 cup programmable coffee maker we purchased. It makes great coffee every time. We always grind our own beans and use pure water that has almost no minerals. This keeps the coffee flavor very consistent and keeps from having to run the automatic descaling process. I chuckle when I walk past Tim Horton's near us and see such long lines of cars in the drive through waiting for coffee when we can make a better cup of coffee with Cuisinart coffee makers in the comfort of our home!
