Best 14 cup coffee maker on the market. This is my second unit in 16 years. It is used daily to brew 14 perfect cups of coffee. This unit is simple to use and easy to clean. It is the go to for our morning cup of coffee.

I'm please with the machine overall. I do not like the way the lid has to be taken off the top every time to use it. I would have preferred to have a lid that hinged up and if I had realized this lid did not work that way I likely would have purchased a different machine

My husband and I are very happy with this coffeemaker because the cannister holds more coffee and keeps it hot longer. It does exactly what it's supposed to. Our previous coffeemaker was working but the coffee would cool down faster.
