I replaced my old 12cup with this new 14cup I couldn't be any more satisfied, being I can adjust the hot plate also I can mute the beeping when coffee is done. I definitely would recommend this model.

This coffee maker replaced another and we love it! In fact we bought a second one because my wife drinks regular and I drink unleaded. The coffee tastes great. It’s easy to program (I set it up each night so we have fresh hot coffee the next morning). I really like the reusable filter too!

I love this coffee maker! I had an older, similar version previously. This one has the options of choosing a Bold Brew, as well as the other 1-4 cup cycle (my go-to, since I live alone), and it’s easier to see the right amount of water to use. Also has the programmable and clean cycles.
It’s very easy to use, fill with water and clean.
It was rated very high by Consumer Reports, and much cheaper than any of the other highly rated machines.

This is an easy to use, large coffeemaker. While I typically only make 4 cups (special button for that), the coffeemaker can brew up to 14 cups . Perfect for brunch with the family!
