This was a replacement unit for one that was problematic. Happy to get the new unit under the warranty.
The pot lid does leak a bit if you pour the water out too quickly. It seems not to seal quite firmly near the pouring lip. I pour slowly and bring a bit of paper towel along in case of a leak of water.

This is the second one of this coffeemaker that we’ve had. Our first one lasted over 7 years. We replaced it even though it was still working. We just wanted a new one. This model makes great coffee and is easy to use.

This is my second Cuisinart coffee maker that replaces my same coffee maker of 6 years It makes the best coffee of any drip coffee maker I’ve ever owned.

AFTER LESS THAN 30 DAYS OF USE, THE COFFEE MAKER HAS DEVELOPED A VERY ANNOYING "SNAPPING" SOUND AFTER THE BREW CYCLE FINISHES. MIGHT BE DUE TO WATER DRIPPING OUTSIDE THE RESERVOIR OR ONTO THE HOTPLATE, BUT THERE DOESN'T APPEAR TO BE ANY WATER DRIPPING ANYWHERE, IT'S ALL DRY. CAN'T RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.
