A great coffee maker - the best I've ever had

This is a GREAT coffee maker. It is easy to use and straightforward to program the functions. Even the water level guide is now easy to read. Its design is classic. Love it. I would give it 4.5 stars if I could. The only reason it is not a 5, is that Cuisinart still hasn't spent the 5-cents to close off the bottom of the carafe handle. It fills up with water in the dishwasher, and if you're not careful when removing it, the water spills all over. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this coffeemaker.

My coffee maker is more than just a household appliance, it's part of my life. I bought this Cuisinart coffee maker as a replacement for my last one that was still working fine but was just looking worn out.
This is my second 14 Cup coffee maker and most days we don't need that much but when we have guests it's pretty nice.
I recycled the old one and kept the old 14 Cup pot up in the cupboard with all the old 12 cup pots from previous Cuisinart coffee makers I've owned.

I occasionally drink decaffeinated coffee and wanted something nice for my new kitchen. I checked out the cuisinart since I trust their brand... and I am not disappointed. It is quiet and does its job. I am glad I got it on sale, since I am not a major coffee drinker. But for thw connoisseur of coffee, the value for thw money is fantastic. Highly recommend. The only drawback is that the cover on the carafe has to be removed when filling. But I don't think it will break.

The 3200 replaced a 1200 that we’ve had for years (still works perfectly). The 3200 simply enhances the features of the 1200, but it is essentially the same coffeemaker.
