Excellent product. This is my 2nd one actually. I had the 1st one for 5 years. It still worked but it started leaking water. I immediately ordered my new one and had my coffee in 24 hours.

This is our second Cuisinart 14 cup coffeemaker and the first one lasted 7 years with virtually daily use. This one appears to brew faster than the last one, but the "high" temperature setting does not keep the coffee as hot as the last one. Overall, we are pleased.

I previously owned a Cuisinart 14 cup programmable coffeemaker, and the new one was a replacement model because the older one was heavily used in our household. I was comfortable with the functionality of the digital controls.
