I really like this coffeemaker except for one flaw that is driving me crazy. When the lid (top of unit) is opened all the condensation drips out and down the back of the unit. Every day I am wiping the excess water from my counter. This highly disappoints me.

This brewer puts out great coffee, is simple and intuitive to use and all features work well.
I bought water filters For better tasting coffee, but I really can’t tell the difference against a non filtered water brew. Plus, it makes 14 cups and looks good on my kitchen counter.
The only reason I didn’t give this product five stars is because of the limited space available to pour the water into the reservoir

The coffee is excellent and is very hot. My only issue is that the stainless steel sides and front of the coffee maker show EVERY fingerprint. Otherwise, great purchase.
