Makes a great cup of coffee! Have owned their coffee makers over the years and coffee is always hot. Coffee maker is easy to use and coffee is easy to pour from the carafe. I wish they would improve the hot plate it always seems to start looking bad after a while.

Makes a perfect cup of coffee for me when brewing under 4 cups. Disposed of a single serve maker where coffee was weak, almost forgot what a real cup of coffee tasted like. Easy to use, coffee is hot. Not a fan of the permanent filter, use the paper type. Easy to clean, does not take much space on counter and looks nice.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is my third 14 cup coffee maker. The last one lasted a little over 3 years. The water was leaking from the bottom and it shorted out the unit. I recently purchased another 14 cup coffee maker because overall it is a great coffee maker. I love the functions and it brews perfect coffee. I did notice there are problems with units leaking, so I'm optimistic they will get this corrected.
