Though I have only had this coffee maker for two weeks, I am impressed with it! The coffee produced is the prefect level of caffeine for me daily and the pot is easy to wash. The only things that would make this machine better is if the lid flipped up and if when you do turn the carafe completely over, there was not a lip that held liquid from being poured out.

Angle in which to pour the water into the reservoir is difficult. Blue back-lit clock is too bright, as it illuminates the entire first floor of our house at night. I like that the cone basket was included in the box. It makes a good cup of coffee.

The Coffee Maker is already not sucking the water up to make coffee. Would not purchase again. Hopefully will provide good customer service in replacing it for me.
