This is probably my 3rd Cuisinart coffee maker. They last a long time! I would prefer a hinged lid but I am aware of the fact that, even if I make sure the lid snaps tight, the weight of the coffee could make it come off. I just put my thumb on it while pouring. So no problems. Other than that, I love it!!

Love the coffee maker. Brews fast, auto shut off after plenty of time. Easy to clean. Looks great on the counter. Wish it had the thermal carafe tho to keep the coffee hot without the heat.

We love our Cuisinart coffee maker, It has 3 heat settings and a bold setting which gives the coffee extra flavor just like the major coffee shops coffee but not only that we are using less coffee to get this bold flavor. We drink our coffee black and like it strong. I totally recommend this coffee maker.
