It worried me a bit when the electricity went out and when it came back on the clock was in "fast Mode". It would keep time about 3-1/2 times as fast as normal. ie... If I set it at noon normal time by 1:00 it would be at 3:30 on the coffee pot. I tried unplugging it for a couple of minutes and I guess it reset itself and has been working fine ever since.
I love the idea of the filter in the coffee maker along with the added features like the self-cleaning cycle.
All in all the best coffee maker I have ever owned.

We got this coffe maker to replace our old one, wow are we impressed. The coffee is so much mich better! It may be the better temperature of the brew or an even wetting of the coffee but It is a noticeable change to the better

I've now owned three Cuisinart coffeemakers. I loved my first one, which was orange and lasted nearly 10 years. When it died in 2021, I bought a replacement, which was now available only in gray. Unfortunately, that second one lasted only 2 1/2 years. Perhaps I'm stupid, but I reluctantly decided to replace it with yet another Cuisinart model. Hope this one lasts longer than the second one did.
