The coffee maker brews ok coffee. My family used it several times and all agreed about the taste of the coffee. It was bad but it was good. The taste was weak and had a burned taste. They tried without a paper filter and with one. Same results.

Great, dependable coffee maker! I was tired of making pod after pod of coffee in my other coffee maker. This makes consistent tasting coffee and the glass carafe keeps the coffee hot well after the two hour shut off. Nice to have the programmable features, but I don't use them. Very satisfied with my purchase and highly recommend this coffee maker.

Makes good coffee, temperature stays steady, easy to clean, price is average. It will need to be replaced after couple years due to leaking internally,cusinart will Not help replace, I tried. I buy this brand only because it keeps coffe hot, easy to clean, makes good coffee, but like clock work, couple years, I have to buy a new one. I get what I pay for, not complaining, just fact!

This coffee maker is sleek enough for my counter and is larger than most! (14 cups). If I need a small pot, I can make one, but this is perfect! I also love that you can choose a stronger brew.

Another drip coffee maker with a clock not working

I rated 3 stars on my new coffee make due to the clock not working on receipt. It makes great coffee but once again some features not available due to the non operative clock. Not only this brand of drip coffeemaker but others as well don't have reliable clocks. I find this strange as the clock controls the other "would be nice to have' features: Auto on, etc. I really don't see why coffee makes like this brand and others such as Mr Coffee wont spend the money to put in a "reliable" clock. I contacted customer service and all I got was the same thing as the instructions said: Plug it in: Flashes "12:00" use the up and down buttons to set clock. Mine from the shipping box was stuck on "10:20" Never saw a "12:00" flashing.
I can say the brand makes great coffee though. I have had several of these and they last about a year. The warranty is 3 years. Go figure!!

I LOVE this coffee maker! Our 12-cup Cuisinart coffee maker finally stopped brewing, so we bought this model to replace it. The carafe is much better than the 12-cup model, because it does not spill any coffee when pouring! The spout has a much better design. I would definitely recommend this model to anyone. It cost more than my old model, but the functionality and design of this one is such a big improvement!

I love the large size, 14- cup pot, and the fact that I can set it for 4 hours. My coffee does not get that burnt flavor when it is on for 4 hours, much to my delight. I am a slow to wake person & like that my coffee remains fresh to the last drop.
