This is the second of these coffee pots I have purchased. The first one served us well for many years, before it started leaking and then quit working. I am very happy with the new one. I now know to wash the pot by hand and never put it in the dishwasher if I expect the quantity marking on the glass to last as long as the coffee pot does.

When our Cuisinart coffee maker of many years quit working, we only looked at Cuisinart as a replacement because we were so happy with it. So we upgraded a little to the 14 cup programmable model and couldn't be happier. We love the "bold" and "hot" options this model offers and have absolutely nothing negative to say about this machine!
