Simple but does what it is supposed to do and does it well. It has everything that it needs to brew a great pot of coffee and has nothing that you don't need. The more bells and whistles that you have, the more things that can break or go wrong. This coffee maker has exactly what it needs for brewing great coffee.

I was using a alternative method for making a cup of coffee which required a “ceremony”each time and extensive hands on brewing. I purchased theCuisinart after extensive research. It brews an awesome pot of coffee from 1 cup to the full 14 cups. Extremely happy with the purchase!

We have been happy overall with our Cuisinart 14 cup Programmable Coffee Maker. It is easy to program and brews the coffee quickly. The only things we do not like about it is the lid to the coffee pot does not flip up, you have to remove it and replace when filling it finding out. Not a huge deal but a little annoying. The opening to the water reservoir is smaller than I’m used to so I’ve spilled filling it. Again, not a big deal but an annoyance. These wouldn’t keep from purchasing again or recommending it to a friend.

We bought this as a replacement for our 12 cup Cuisinart coffee maker. This one is great - easy to get used to since we already had a Cuisinart, but with added features, such as the carafe warmer, bold coffee button, etc. A new feature is you can see how many cups you're putting in and the dispenser is wider less mess for my husband - ha! Sleek design, too.
