First coffeemaker arrived and had a defect in electronics which started on about the 5th pot, so had to be returned. Brew button wasn’t lighting and research indicated that problems like this were not uncommon. However, we noticed right from the start that this pot brewed the best coffee we had ever tasted from a home coffeemaker. So getting a replacement was a no brained and we have been very happy ever since. It’s a great machine.

Previously used Cuisinart DCC4000 and liked it very much, but buttons stopped working. Only drink 3 cups a day so wanted a coffeemaker that had a setting for small batch. DCC3200 is larger than I need but the coffee it produces is consistently perfectly brewed, better than the DCC4000. Buttons are simpler to use than on DCC4000. Wish there was a smaller version of this, but I'm very happy with the results.

Easy to use and seems to have quality material, however the coffee ground consistently overflow over the filter when we make over 4-cups. This puts lots of coffee grounds in the coffee pot. We’re likely going to return and seek another brand.
