I’m satisfied with the coffee maker. I wanted one where I could brew 2 to 4 cups most of the time as well as larger amounts when I have company. I also wanted to control the temperature. Preprogrammed timed modes work well, and coffee stays nice and hot. My only complaint is when I try to make 14 cups—the water overflows the grounds basket and I end up with grounds in the carafe. I will try filters larger than the ones recommended for the maker.
