Just what we needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Bespoke Fridge is just what my family needed. It is great to have as a family with many kids. I can manage our calendar on the fridge easily linking it to my Samsung and Gmail account. What my kids and I loved more was the added feature of "Alexa". She is a great added bonus. My kids will just ask Alexa do play music or add an item to our shopping list. The Beverage center is great as well. We always have a pitcher full of cold water and ice on hand. Absolutely love the space this fridge brings to our household. We live with our mother in law and brother in law and our 3 kids. So that is 7 family members that need to have their snacks and food in the fridge, and this fridge is absolutely great in space. It keeps the temperature just where we want it and the same with the freezer very spacious and easy to get stuff in and out. I definitely recommend the Samsung Bespoke refrigerator to any family looking for a spacious and smart fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very attractive refrigerator, the touch screen on the door is very helpful to remind me what I need to purchase to stock up, but this type of product is not for everyone, if you’re computer smart and know how to use this to your advantage by all means this is for you. The color and style fits perfectly in our kitchen. On the screen it has a meal planner for the week and we can look up and store recipes as needed. There are no handles sticking out for us to bump into, the home screen displays the current temperature outside and has a calendar that you can post events as reminders and has a feature that tells you how much power your home is using. I really like the ice maker it makes large and small ice cubes and has a built-in water pitcher that will refill itself after each use. I also have my Ring doorbell camera connected to it so if someone comes to the door, I just have to look at the refrigerator door to see who's there. It also works with Alexa, or it has Bixby that is also available. This refrigerator has so many features to make things easier for us.

Stylish, Spacious, and Smart

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There’s a lot to love about this Samsung Bespoke 4-Door French Door Refrigerator. It’s modern, sleek, and packed with features that genuinely make everyday life easier. My favorite things? The dual ice maker and the AutoFill water pitcher in the beverage center. Between the cubed ice and smaller “Ice Bites,” I always have the right ice on hand, and the pitcher is perfect for refilling water bottles quickly — I use it all the time.
The whiteboard app on the Family Hub screen has also been a big hit. It’s great for leaving notes or reminders, and the kids have gotten a little too excited about it — now they want to watch videos on the fridge more than the TV or tablets! It’s fun, but I might need to set a fridge screen time limit.
I also really appreciate the layout of the crisper drawers — they’re deeper than I expected and easily hold a good variety of fruits, veggies, and cheese without feeling cramped. The overall space in the fridge and freezer is generous, and it’s been easy to organize everything.
That said, not everything is perfect. I really miss having traditional handles on the doors — the flat panel design is clean-looking, but the hidden grip style can be a bit awkward to use, especially when my hands are full or wet. It’s a small design choice that impacts day-to-day convenience more than I thought it would.
My biggest disappointment, though, was discovering that the bottom two panels were scratched and dented right out of the box. It was frustrating to see that kind of damage on a brand-new, premium appliance. Thankfully, because this is part of the Bespoke line, the panels are swappable. I’m currently working with the seller to get replacements — fingers crossed they come through.
Overall, it’s a beautiful, feature-rich fridge that fits our lifestyle well. Overall, this an absolutely FANTASTIC product and I 100% recommend it!

A Smart Fridge That Feels Like the Future

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had the Bespoke 29 cu. ft. 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with AI Family Hub for a few days now, and overall, it's been a great addition to our kitchen. The star of the show is definitely the AI Family Hub — the huge 32" touchscreen is a hit with everyone, especially the kids. They love the whiteboard feature, and we’ve been using it for quick notes, reminders, and even the occasional doodle. Watching recipe videos or streaming while prepping meals makes cooking more fun and interactive.
The beverage center is another standout. The built-in pitcher is perfect for quickly filling water bottles before heading out to soccer or baseball practice. We also love the dual ice maker — it gives you both cubed ice and smaller "Ice Bites," which is a nice touch. And thankfully, the ice maker is no longer in the main fridge compartment (a flaw in older Samsung models), so there’s tons more usable fridge space now.
Speaking of space — this fridge has plenty of room, and the SmartThings integration ties everything together seamlessly with our other Samsung appliances. It really feels like a smart home when the fridge can talk to the oven or alert us when a door is left open.
Now, for the not-so-great parts. The shelf configuration is a little odd — for example, we can't stand up a 2-liter bottle anywhere inside. The AI Vision camera is a cool idea, but it’s hit-or-miss right now. We haven’t had enough time with it to fully judge, but first impressions weren’t impressive.
We had some hiccups with the ice maker at first — it didn’t produce enough ice for the first couple of days. After some frustrating back-and-forth with Samsung support (not their strongest area), we finally got it working by resetting it. It still never fills up completely, but manually shifting the ice from the back of the tray forward helps.
Despite the few flaws, this fridge feels like a glimpse into the future of kitchen appliances. Overall, this an absolutely FANTASTIC product and I 100% recommend it!

Excellent Features and Ease of Use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge looked amazing as we were shopping, but after using it for a few days now, it's even better than we expected. The Family Hub screen has been an excellent addition to our kitchen. Simple things like having a convenient place to put notes, quickly check our family calendar, or where we can have recipes has been very useful. The way the fridge will "scan" items as you take them in an out is also very cool. It doesn't always properly identify them, but we're moving so quickly in and out that I'm surprised it catches them at all. It usually does a pretty good job of recognizing most things though. The cameras inside to view what is in both doors is also excellent. We also really like the auto-open doors, by placing your hand under the sensor on each side. Very useful for when you're needing something out of the fridge, but either don't have a free hand, or maybe you have something on your hands at the moment.
One of our other standout features, is the beverage center. Giving easy access to water, either from the pitcher, or from the push to fill. Having a pitcher with cold water that is automatically refilled is excellent. And having the usual push to fill inside the door is nice as well. Making the water cooler no matter which you choose. Organization is excellent with all the space inside, and how things are divided. Including the middle drawer, which we use for soda cans and still have space for more. The freezer is also excellent in organization, with the ice scooping area up top, and a good amount of space below that.
This has been a huge upgrade for us. We're really loving it so far.

Very roomy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This new Samsung Fridge is amazing. It is very roomy compared to my old KitchenAid fridge. This is big, but it actually has room inside to put many different items. My old fridge was just night and no space inside. The beverage center is great for my 3 kids always thirsty running around all day. The ice is also great, little nuggets and big nuggets. The freezer space is also amazing, fits all our stuff. My kids love using Alexa on the fridge for their random questions, Which is great. I love using my calendar on the fridge so the whole family can get their events in. My mother in law loves to play her music on YouTube when she is cooking. This fridge is a great addition to our family and I truly believe it is great for any big family. I will definitely recommend this fridge to everyone.

Amazing Smart Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Talk about an upgrade! I had one of the original Family Hub refrigerators and have loved it for many years, but it was time to update appliances. This refrigerator is absolutely amazing! The Family Hub screen is massive and very easy to use. You can queue up a recipe on YouTube, manage your family's activities with the calendar, or even have the fridge suggest recipes based on the food you have on hand. The freezer took some extra time organizing since the ice is not available in the door, but there's still plenty of room. My kids love the option of full sized ice cubes or ice bites. The automatic touch to open doors are super convenient when your arms are full of grocery bags. I was a little concerned that my Great Dane would accidentally trigger the automatic door but so far no issues there. Most definitely a 10/10!

I love all the amazing features like tapping the door and it opening on its own and the two type of ice it produces! It has been super easy to clean and looks phenomenal in my kitchen. I like that it has echo built in so alexa can help with any questions or needs. Another super cool feature is you can order instacart directly from the fridge for new groceries!! I have yet to find anything I didn't like about my new fridge.
