Unfriendly and frustrating family hub setup

Purchased the Bespoke refrigerator with AI family hub two days ago and have spent countless hours trying to setup Family Hub, then once account was finally set up, received message that family hub was no longer supported and needed to use another app called “SmartThings”. Well, it won’t even sync up to the refrigerator. Also, found other included apps on refrigerator are no longer supported.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Keep away from Samsung.

Purchased in January 2025 for my new house under construction.
Connected the refrigerator in June and next day it leaked and did a lot of damage.
Called Samsung for repair and 3 months passed and still waiting for Samsung warranty fix my refrigerator.

Google Calendar Widget Ugly Update

I bought this fridge a year ago. I have loved it so far. Just got my software update this morning so I clicked it. Immediately i noticed the calendar is the ugliest thing I’ve ever seen. The previous one had such nice writing on the top. This one looks generic and so so ugly. I wish there was an option to customize.

No light in the freezer.

Nice features. Not sure about the value to cost. But very disappointed in a big design flaw. No Light for or in the freezer. Have to turn on all lights in the kitchen to see and sort through contents.

It's understandable to feel let down when a product that does so much right overlooks something that affects usability in such a noticeable way. We are here to help.

This Samsung refrigerator model features LED lighting in the fridge compartment, FlexZone drawer, and freezer compartment. In the freezer, there are upper and lower baskets. For optimal visibility, the upper basket may need to be pushed in fully to allow the LED light to illuminate the lower basket.
