great, but freezer issues and dents are a big let

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to love this fridge because it looks amazing and has a ton of space, but it’s been disappointing in a few key areas.
The biggest issue is the freezer. It keeps acting up and doesn’t always hold a consistent temperature. I’ve had items that should be fully frozen end up partially thawed, which is frustrating—especially for something this expensive.
Another downside is the exterior quality. While the design is beautiful, it dents way too easily. Even small bumps leave noticeable marks, which takes away from the premium look pretty quickly.
There are definitely things to like—the storage space is great, and the layout is very convenient—but for the price, I expected much better reliability and durability.
Overall, it looks like a high-end appliance, but the performance hasn’t lived up to the cost.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The design is one of its standout features—it looks modern and customizable, and it instantly upgraded the look of my kitchen. The flat panels and clean lines give it a premium feel.
Capacity-wise, it’s excellent. There’s plenty of room for groceries, and the flexible storage layout makes it easy to organize everything from large platters to small items. The four-door design is especially convenient, helping keep things accessible without letting too much cold air out.
Cooling performance has been solid. Everything stays consistently cold, and the separate compartments help maintain freshness longer. I also appreciate how quiet it runs—you barely notice it’s there.
In terms of efficiency, it seems to do well, and I haven’t noticed any big jump in energy usage. The interface is intuitive and easy to use, though it might take a little getting used to at first.
Overall, this fridge combines style, functionality, and performance really well. It’s a great choice if you want something that looks high-end while also being practical for everyday use.
