Tons of cool and helpful features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this fridge to replace our other Samsung Fridge that broke. Right away we could tell it was a huge improvement. The first thing is the AI Vision. It basically scans in and out food as you put it in the fridge and take it out. You can update expiration dates for the items as well and it alerts you when they are getting ready to expire. We were unsure if the family hub would be useful but so far we enjoy it. We leave little to do digital notes and look up recipes. Our little one loves that she can watch videos. We even linked our video doorbell to it. The freezer has a good amount of space but a large portion of it is taken up by the ice maker. Though it makes two different size ice cubes which is really great. The middle drawer is a flex zone. We are able to control the temperature for whatever we need to store in there. So far its mainly a drink drawer. The fridge itself is nice. We can move shelves around as needed. It is super bright and roomy. We love the motion sensing door openers. It took a little getting use to but now enjoy it. The beverage center in the door is great. We love having a full pitcher of ice cold water always ready. There is the press spout to that dipenses water. The pitcher is super useful though for filling up my water bottles or the coffee machine. Overall this fridge is really awesome and is a huge upgrade over our last. Everyday we figure out something a little more and like it more and more.

Perfect Family Fridge that Tailors To You

Love how the Flexzone Drawer allows us to do a soft freeze or leave it for beverages or large platters for parties. Easy to open. The beverage center is the WOW feature. Love how the water is kept behind the door for a clean look. Fills up our cups fast and has a fast filling pitcher as well. That you can add lemon, strawberries, mint or basil for infused water that is fresh. It has shelves above it where we store our pop cans and drinks, and butter so its easy to grab. The Ice is my second favorite feature. It gives us two different types of ice which I actually mix in my drinks for longer coldness and gets it cold fast. Makes plenty of ice so we won't run out. It takes a picture of everything we put in and take out, so we can stay organized with what we have instock. It also allows you to add the expiration date. It tells us the weather and even when its going to rain. The temperature on the screen as well as personalized features. The doors open by a sensor so when my hands are dirty it is helpful. A clean look and easy to clean. I am in love with this fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this refrigerator. I love the new look in my kitchen. There are tons of nice features that I started using every day. The auto door open is a game changer. It's just convenient. The screen has many apps that are really useful. I mainly use youtube, timer, and ring doorbell. The AI feature is new to me, and I am learning it. It already helped me track many items, and I am adding more to it. Considering the interior, it does feel a lot spacious. The metal cooling loos more premium in person. The auto water feature is the most convenient feature, and we never run out of cold water, which helps for quick refills. I never thought that a single refrigeratorcan make a huge difference in my kitchen. It does feel a great premium upgrage with a lot of convenient features i use every day. I love it and also received compliments for it. Best purchase ever.

Good fridge, but the AI is pointless

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the clean look of the fridge without the handles and water/ice...but it's just not practical. I miss the easy ice/water dispenser where they're in one place and I don't have to open a drawer, push back a drawer with two hands to get ice, and then open another door to get water. You added more steps when everyone else is looking to move faster. You need to know where things are. There is the outer door, inner doors, and the drawer. Organization is key and you have to remember where everything is. And the ice maker being in the freezer means a smaller freezer -- that's a hard shift. Otherwise, it's a great fridge. Just prioritize what you want, your habits, and whether your fridge is where you want to prioritize change.
The AI? It takes pictures of your hand and whatever you take in and out of the fridge. I haven't been able to figure out the drawers or freezer yet. I think you have to manually add those. Then you can connect Instacart, but I haven't done that yet... Also, you can play videos on youtube which is fun, but it's not like the speakers are great, the screen is small, and it doesn't keep playing in the background. So what's the point?
Overall I like the depth of the drawers and containers. It easily stores my food for four weekly at home meals + condiments + breakfast items/fruit.

A stylish, thoughtfully designed fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had the Samsung RF90F23BECRAA for a few weeks now, and it’s already made a big difference in how we organize and use our kitchen.
The counter-depth design fits beautifully with our cabinets and gives the kitchen a cleaner, more open feel. Despite that, the 23 cu. ft. capacity easily handles everything our family needs.
Inside, the FlexZone Drawer has been great for keeping snacks, drinks, and deli items sorted, and the adjustable temps really help keep things fresh. We also love the Beverage Center—the internal water dispenser keeps the exterior looking sleek, and having both Ice Bite and cubed ice is super handy.
The 9” LCD screen surprised us with how useful it is—we check the weather, follow recipes, and even watch YouTube while cooking. It’s become part of our routine.
Overall, it's a stylish, thoughtfully designed fridge with features that actually make life a little easier.

Still my favorite!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my Bespoke 4-door French Door refrigerator with AI family hub and AI vision inside for 2 weeks now. I will admit that this is actually my 2nd model of the Bespoke 4-door French Door refrigerator. I had my former model until I just replaced it with this one. Truthfully, I never thought I'd replace my dream fridge! Simply upgrading it makes perfect sense My new model is with a Charcoal Glass top and Stainless Steel bottom panels. I have to say that the charcoal glass acts as a mirror and it definitely leaves fingerprints and smudges way more than the white panels I had on my last Bespoke fridge; however, it's gorgeous and worth the trade off!!! This has the 9" family hub screen with AI. I enjoy this feature, yet I realize I have a lot to learn before I tap into the myriad of functions it offers. The only thing I have to say about the AI camera inside is that I shut mine off for now. It seems like it could be fantastic; however, there's a learning curve to optimize its use and I just haven't had the time to figure it out yet. It's probably way simpler than I am anticipating, but I'll find out soon enough. In the meantime, I'm enjoying accessing many of the refrigerator settings directly through the family hub screen. Previously, I needed to see much of the info using the Smart Things app. I will note that I really enjoy the smart things app. I have numerous Samsung appliances, tvs and a sound bar and I can access all through the app (even remotely). One feature that might seem minimal, but I certainly appreciate is the one that reminds me weekly to clean the water pitcher. I, like many people, can forget that even a water pitcher will grow bacteria without regular cleaning. Anyway, this updated model has both the automatic filling pitcher, along with a water dispenser when you simply want to fill a glass. It also had the dual ice maker, which offers both cubed and bite size ice. Lastly, I'd be amiss if I didn't share about the flex drawer! I love this feature! A person can choose to set it as a freezer, use it for deli, set it for beverages, which means you're sodas or beer or whatever beverages you choose come out of that drawer ice cold (just shy of slushy). I have always used mine set to deli. I have found that when I keep all my meat, cheese and other miscellaneous items, my refrigerator has a massive capacity for all else! I really like having both crisper drawers to use for my fruit and veggies. I love that I can have both regular size ice and a “bite” sized ice simultaneously. It has really been a relief for my husband who used to have to go purchase a bag of ice for me to have for chewing. No more!!! It also makes ice at a great pace! Did I mention that there’s an ice scoop that is accessible to anyone who reaches for ice! I could go on and on; however, I will simply say I love the fabulous features offered in this new AI Bespoke Refrigerator!

The Best Fridge Ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The AI Vision Thing - No More Wasted Food! Honestly, this feature has been a game-changer for our grocery budget. The fridge can actually see what's inside and keeps track of everything for me. I get alerts on my phone when stuff is about to expire, so I'm not throwing away moldy vegetables anymore. Plus, when I'm at the store, I can check what we already have so I don't end up with three bottles of ketchup again. It even spots things hiding in the back that I would totally forget about.
That Big Touchscreen - Like Having a Kitchen Assistant The 9-inch screen has basically become our family headquarters. We put our schedules on there, grocery lists, random notes to each other - you name it. I can check everything from my phone too, which is super handy when I'm out running errands. It also pulls up recipes when I'm stuck on what to make for dinner, and I love having music playing while I cook. Makes the whole kitchen experience way more enjoyable.
The FlexZone Drawer - Temperature Control Magic This drawer is pretty cool because you can set it to different temperatures depending on what you're storing. We keep our meat at one temp, fruits and veggies at another, and drinks however we like them. It's nice not having to cram everything into the same space and hope it stays fresh. Everything has its perfect spot now.
Ice Makers Everywhere - Never Running Out Again We've got ice makers in multiple spots that make both regular cubes and crushed ice. As someone whose family goes through ice like crazy, this has been amazing. No more buying bags of ice or dealing with those tiny trays. The kids love the crushed ice for their drinks, and I use the cubes for everything else.
The Cooling System - Everything Stays So Fresh I'm not sure exactly how the Twin Cooling thing works, but I can definitely tell the difference. Our food is lasting way longer than in our old fridge, and everything just looks and tastes better. Even our drinks are perfectly chilled every time.
Bottom Line This fridge has completely changed how we handle food in our house. It's energy efficient, packed with features that actually make life easier, and honestly just feels really high-tech and cool. Fingers crossed it holds up with how much we use it - this family doesn't go easy on appliances! But so far, we're loving every bit of it.
