Great Features and Screen!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own many Samsung products.I love all of them.We finally decided to upgrade our older Samsung refrigerator,with their newest bespoke refrigerator with the 32" screen.I am loving my new refrigerator,especially the big screen.Been playing around with it for a few days,amazed with all you can do,like having a computer in your refrigerator.Also love the automatic door opener,especially when you're hands or full.Very well built with a lot of room inside . Can't forget about the beverage center,and especially the ice feature,that makes cubed and bite size ice in separate sides.So far we are loving this,and I highly recommend this refrigerator...

AI you needs in your kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently upgraded to the new Bespoke AI Family hub, and it has provided a completely new, exciting, and fun kitchen experience for everyone in the family.
* The sleek, modern design blends perfectly into our kitchen and adds a premium touch.
* The Samsung tech innovations on refrigerators as per me are way ahead of the other competitors.
* The built-in AI camera inside the refrigerator takes photos every time you pick a item from the refrigerator's top shelves. (I wish it could take a picture of the person, so you know who is eating all the deserts ;) )
* The hidden beverage center makes the design clean and seamless and that makes the design look modern.
* The pitcher jar with a fruit infusion core is a great addition to the beverage center. We are using that a lot now in summer for refreshing and flavored drinks any time of the day.
* The 3 shelves on the top section are adjustable to different heights. Set them according to your needs.
* The freezer section is large as compared to my old refrigerator and it has a sliding tray for ice and small stuff and we keep all the large frozen boxes or meat in the large freezer tray.
* It makes two types of ice cubes in separate sections and even comes with a scoop.
* The refrigerator screen is crisp and vibrant. Great for watching YouTube or TV (It comes with Samsung Live TV). We mostly use this to play music on YouTube, and kids use it to doodle and draw.
* We use the calendar app to manage our kid’s classes and family appointments.
* We integrated this with Alexa to control our smart devices.
* It comes preloaded with many apps like YouTube, Instagram, Spotify, SmartThings, Ring integration, and more.
* You can customize and arrange widgets and apps on the home screen as per your use.

Great features but with Glitches

Too much technology for a fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a huge fan of Samsung as a brand but this product did not meet up my expecations. Firstly, the doors open and close functions works on sensors and falsely report open door indiciator a few times a week. The beverage center is convenient to use and the auto fill sensor for the jug is a cool feature. The glass on the front looks fragile and not recommended for a household with young kids. On the plus side, the display panel looks awesome and it has a lot of useful applications including weather app, integration with Ring smart camera, Youtube to name a few. Controlling the functions using phone app is cool and easy. .The Dual Auto Ice Makers with Ice Bites™ and Cubed Ice is one of the best feature of this fridge. The lighting is good and make it very easy to find the stuff kept inside. The Twin Cooling Plus™ ensures food preservation for longer duration. The counter depth fits perfectly well in the kitchen space. Overall, it is a good refrigerator for anyone who wants a high tech feature loaded fridge.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

You can hear your music, see TV. All the recapice that you get,and can send it direct to shopping list and order it directly from the unit is amazing. the camera with the AI vision give you to control what you bay and in the shop you can chack agin if you need or forget someting. 100% recommend!!

Bespoke Counter Depth 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with AI Home in Charcoal Glass Top and Stainless Steel for about a month now, and I can confidently say it's been a game changer in my home. One of my favorite features is the AI technology that lets me see what's inside the fridge—complete with images—which is especially helpful when I’m meal planning or at the store.
The exterior hub is another standout. My family loves being able to leave digital notes for each other, and the built-in recipe feature with video tutorials makes cooking more interactive and fun. It’s become a real centerpiece of our kitchen, not just for storage but for communication and convenience.
Installation was easy, and the cooling performance has been excellent, especially the middle drawer which is perfect for deli meats and snacks. It adds a level of organization I didn’t realize I needed. The overall design is sleek and modern, and it’s really improved our daily routine—we're more connected, organized, and efficient.
