DO NOT BUY THIS MODEL

DO NOT BUY, broke within 2 hours of install after update was pushed to Family Hub, Thing is a brick now. Then they tell us they cant fix it, and we can return it and buy another one to replace it, with no time line on when we would have a functional fridge. Then to top it off they no longer have our old fridge they took away.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice, but some drawbacks

Fridge is nice, AI is a gimick. Ice lid is too flimsy and sags so it doesn't get caught like it should to hold it back for you to access the ice.
I would recommend this to a friend!

LED SCREEN and AI FAMILY HUB IS PROBLEMATIC

We do not recommend this refrigerator if you are purchasing it because of the AI family hub with screen and internet connectivity. We are now on our second refrigerator since purchasing it less than three weeks ago. The first one was delivered defective because the screen would not even turn on. We then had to have a replacement delivered, and the replacement’s screen has gone dark within two weeks of having been delivered. Samsung offers this refrigerator in the same configuration without a screen and the opening doors - that might be a less problematic version of this model. However, if the quality control from Samsung is so bad that the screens don’t work it causes me to question their overall quality control. On top of that, they don’t provide a meaningful users manual to help us troubleshoot this problem and I’ve spent time on their website trying to find a user’s manual without success - if it exists then it is hidden somewhere or not otherwise obvious. I am frustrated by this product and the investment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great fridge....until it started showing me ads

It was a great fridge. Loved most of the features and have had no issues with it. Then they updated it and it started showing ads on my screen. Now I will be replacing it and removing Samsung from the list of brands I consider for my Appliances/Electronics in the future. Ridiculous move Samsung.
