The sleek, customizable design paired with smart features like the AI Family Hub™+ and AI Vision Inside™ make it both stylish and futuristic. My wife especially appreciates the internal cameras that identify food and monitor expiration dates, making grocery planning a breeze. Our son is a fan of the versatile middle drawer with its five temperature settings; perfect for his snacks. I’m all about the dual auto ice maker that delivers both cubed ice and Ice Bites™. It’s a win for the whole family!!!

We love the look and functionality of your Bespoke refrigerator, however, within the first year the ice maker broke. Now it appears there is something wrong with the compressor (just three years old). The problem is there are no available repair techs in our area even though we live in a larger metropolitan area.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sleek and Modern Design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sleek design and versatile storage options! I love that the panels are customizable for different "looks" - we had a promotion for a spare set, so we can change the appearance throughout the year. The user manual is super sparce, though, with various QR codes for instructions on different components. Would be great if it were consolidated. The Family Hub is very useful and we can control our smart devices from there. The automatic door opening function WOULD be great, but the doors barely open a crack (yes, it's level!) and you still need to use your hands to open. We will see how the surfaces hold up to fingerprints over time.

Not so happy with Samsung these days.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Would be nicer if I could have other apps to use. But most dissapointing feature is the lack of a light for the freezer. My last samsung had a light in the bottom freezer. Now my sealing bar between the ref doors is not sealing well. Only had for 6 months. Not happy with the last 3 Samsung products that I have purchased.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
