The sleek, customizable panels make it a real design statement! Finally, a fridge that doesn’t just blend in, but actually enhances the aesthetic of the space. I chose a stainless steel finish that perfectly complements my cabinetry, and it genuinely looks like a high-end built-in appliance.
Functionally, it's brilliant. The 4-door design is not just visually striking but incredibly practical. The FlexZone drawer gives me precise control over temperature. Whether I'm chilling drinks or storing deli meats, I can adapt it to my needs. The twin cooling system keeps everything fresh far longer than I expected, and there's no odor transfer between compartments.
Inside, the space is deceptively large for a counter-depth model. I can store everything I need for a week without things feeling cramped. The adjustable shelves, built-in beverage center, and the autofill water pitcher are little luxuries I now can’t live without.
It's also impressively quiet and energy-efficient. The SmartThings app integration lets me monitor and control the fridge from my phone. Great peace of mind when I’m away from home.

Good design and great capacity for a counterdepth

It has an ice maker inside and the fact that has the water system inside and no handles makes the design sleek and modern. The counter depth makes it blends perfectly, 100% recommended

So much space!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went from a side by side to this beauty and I am so very blown away by the space and ease of organization in this unit.
The lights inside are bright and leave no dark areas. I can fit full platters of food and the middle drawer is so nice to be able to set the temp we need. We are currently using it for the kids for their snacks and drinks so they don’t stand there with the fridge open searching.
The dimensions seem like they were a little off as we had to take off some molding to fit, but we are planning on remodeling our kitchen this summer, so this is a perfect jump start.
I love the water pitcher in the door. We filled the insert with mint and cucumber and it has been so nice to have cold refreshing water.
I also love the adjustable shelf for 2 liters or even larger bulky items.
I am super excited when we do the kitchen remodel to order the colored panels for the front! It’s so nice it’s customizable to our style!
So far there haven’t been any issues, My only wish is that the book included a quick start guide and tells you to prime the water filter so you don’t have any issues.
Would 1000 percent recommend this brand and fridge!

The space is incredible—plenty of room for everything, which is a lifesaver with two growing boys in the house. The middle pull-out drawer is one of our favorite features. You can set the temp just how you want it, and we use it to keep drinks extra cold—it’s perfect. The freezer holds a ton, and the Beverage Center gets used constantly. It’s honestly one of the best purchases we’ve made for the house.

I feel like you can see everything you have so nothing goes to waste. The delivery and set up was flawless thanks to the delivery team. The extra small drawer in the middle is a nice addition for cheese/lunch meats. I LOVE the built in pitcher for water.

Improvements worth considering!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous fridge stopped cooling so I picked up a Samsung Bespoke 23 cu. ft. Counter Depth 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with Inner Beverage Center and FlexZone Drawer in Stainless Steel. (Wow, what a name.) My previous fridge was also a Samsung and I specifically sought out one with the same layout as I really appreciated the FlexZone drawer for storing drinks. When I compare this refrigerator with my previous, there are obvious improvements that Samsung has made over the years. Probably the one main problem of the previous generation refrigerators is the water and ice dispenser located outside. While this feature is purely for convenience, this lead to significant problems for many people. The design itself was the problem and not a brand-specific issue. Now, the water dispenser is not only located inside the fridge itself, but Samsung also provides a pitcher that automatically refills - very convenient. Additionally, the ice tray was moved into the freezer where it should have always been. With these changes, the fridge should hopefully last much longer than previous generations. The design of the fridge follows Samsung's bespoke design and is very clean and minimalistic without any handles. This takes a bit of time to get use to, but not a major complaint overall. One thing I noticed is the FlexZone drawer is smaller than my previous fridge but not a deal breaker as I really only keep drinks there. However, I believe refrigerator space is a tad bit larger in exchange so not entirely a bad thing. Overall, I'm very happy with the refrigerator and hope it will last a long time!

Perfect ice cubes!

First off, the ice cubes are the perfect size - not too big and not too small - just right for fitting in water bottles, tumblers and cocktails. The in door water and pitcher make fill up super easy. The interior is very spacious and well laid out. finally the middle drawer flexibility to make it fridge or freezer is a game changer!
