Solid fridge, nice features, water pitcher issue

I like this fridge. I have had it for nearly three weeks. Others have stated some of the same issues I have: it makes ice VERY slowly, but the ice itself is fine (and in the freezer instead of the fridge like the older models). The doors do get dirty with fingerprints, but so does ANY stainless steel appliance. Just have some stainless steel cleaner handy if it bothers you. One issue I had was that the water pitcher stopped filling on autofill (but the dispenser still worked as did the ice machine). It may have been some sort of bubble in the line, but I am having it checked out. So, if you encounter that issue, check that your water line isn't kinked. Because it already had a problem with the pitcher filling, I can't give it a 5* review. Overall, a decent fridge and better than our previous Samsung fridge.

We went out to lunch and grocery shopping and by the time we returned a few hours later the frig was at 35F and freezer 0F. Ice cubes overnight. We are retired, just the two of us, so this model (which is not as deep) works great for our kitchen and new home. Love the inside water fill and freezer ice catcher, which eliminates the drooling out the front door. Great product.

The app notifications make sure the door doesn't get left open by the kids, the water pitcher built in is a great touch when I need to fill a large bottle, and even allows two people to get water at the same time. The third drawer lets us fill it with sodas without taking up room in the main compartment. And on top of all that, it just looks nice in the kitchen.
I would recommend this to a friend!

If I could give this refrigerator 0 stars I would. We purchased our fridge in Nov 2023 and it has had to be serviced 3x. Our original one got dented..we got a new one.. the refrigerant line was sliced...got that fixed... Next no ice and our freezer wasn't keeping food cold. The compressor was broke. The techs only excuse for this horrible fridge was, "things aren't built like they use to". The freezer has now worked for a month and the ice machine is broken again and the freezer doesn't freeze. So if don't like ice and frozen food this is the fridge for you.

One of the worst experiences ever. Bought the fridge as a part of a package. From day 1 the icemaker was not working. Samsung sent out a repair person 4 times who replaced different parts each time and nothing worked. I had to take time off for every time the tech came to replace a part. Water line was fine as the jug was filling and the water was flowing in. The icemaker did not call for water regardless of what was replaced. To add insult to injury, every time I called Samsung, I was bounced around for hours till I got fed up. I reached out via social media, chat and phone. I was out of the return period and Samsung refused to give a replacement. This has been ongoing for 5 weeks now. Finally today after being bounced around for 2 hours, someone was able to order a replacement for me. THe kicker is it will take 15 business days for the replacement to come. We have more than 15 Samsung Products in the house, including TVs, phones, watches, rings and this is how they treat a customer that has paid 1000s an year to Samsung for many years. If this is how Samsung treats a loyal customer, imagine what they will do to a one off customer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Samsung financing is great till they sneak it to A

Need more fridge space. I have ur side by side 23cf & nothing about is nothing is big enough. I got it free from energy smart. I had 25 of & they were trying to give me 27 but wouldn't fit threw the kitchen doorway even with the doors off. I cried & still crying. Also have been buying ur phones from day one. Always pre ordered, always paid before hand with ur financing. So I got the fold 6 & ur financing switched it to Affirm without notice wen I saw samsung financing. Affirm wants twice the price of Samsung. Not right. I was still in Samsung financing, b4 it changed to Affirm. Not paying for the fold 6. I WANT MY S24 ULTRA BACK WHICH BTW WAS PAID IN FULL B4 THE DATE. IVE BEEN TRYING TO FIGHT THIS SINCE I FOUND OUT ABOUT THE PRICE DIFFERENCE BUT NOONE WILL LISTEN. USING THIS 6 IS THE SAME AS THE S24 DIFFERENCE IS IT DO T FOLD & IM HAPPY ABOUT IT

Perfect Fit for Our Family of 9 - Love the Smart F

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finding the right refrigerator for our family of nine has always been a challenge, but this new Samsung model is ticking all the boxes after just two days! The amount of space is truly impressive and meets our needs perfectly.
Beyond the space, the features are thoughtfully designed. The auto-fill water pitcher is a standout - it keeps cold, filtered water readily available and has been brilliant for encouraging more water intake (fruit-infused water is a big hit!). The flexible middle drawer is another smart feature; knowing we can adjust the temperature for different needs like deli snacks or drinks gives us great options. And thumbs up to Samsung for including an ice scoop! It solves the problem of hands grabbing ice directly and keeps things more hygienic.
We are thrilled with this purchase so far. It's spacious, convenient, and already making life a little easier for our large, busy family.
