Life long customer. Probably my last purchase.

One of the worst experiences ever. Bought the fridge as a part of a package. From day 1 the icemaker was not working. Samsung sent out a repair person 4 times who replaced different parts each time and nothing worked. I had to take time off for every time the tech came to replace a part. Water line was fine as the jug was filling and the water was flowing in. The icemaker did not call for water regardless of what was replaced. To add insult to injury, every time I called Samsung, I was bounced around for hours till I got fed up. I reached out via social media, chat and phone. I was out of the return period and Samsung refused to give a replacement. This has been ongoing for 5 weeks now. Finally today after being bounced around for 2 hours, someone was able to order a replacement for me. THe kicker is it will take 15 business days for the replacement to come. We have more than 15 Samsung Products in the house, including TVs, phones, watches, rings and this is how they treat a customer that has paid 1000s an year to Samsung for many years. If this is how Samsung treats a loyal customer, imagine what they will do to a one off customer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Samsung financing is great till they sneak it to A

Need more fridge space. I have ur side by side 23cf & nothing about is nothing is big enough. I got it free from energy smart. I had 25 of & they were trying to give me 27 but wouldn't fit threw the kitchen doorway even with the doors off. I cried & still crying. Also have been buying ur phones from day one. Always pre ordered, always paid before hand with ur financing. So I got the fold 6 & ur financing switched it to Affirm without notice wen I saw samsung financing. Affirm wants twice the price of Samsung. Not right. I was still in Samsung financing, b4 it changed to Affirm. Not paying for the fold 6. I WANT MY S24 ULTRA BACK WHICH BTW WAS PAID IN FULL B4 THE DATE. IVE BEEN TRYING TO FIGHT THIS SINCE I FOUND OUT ABOUT THE PRICE DIFFERENCE BUT NOONE WILL LISTEN. USING THIS 6 IS THE SAME AS THE S24 DIFFERENCE IS IT DO T FOLD & IM HAPPY ABOUT IT

Perfect Fit for Our Family of 9 - Love the Smart F

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finding the right refrigerator for our family of nine has always been a challenge, but this new Samsung model is ticking all the boxes after just two days! The amount of space is truly impressive and meets our needs perfectly.
Beyond the space, the features are thoughtfully designed. The auto-fill water pitcher is a standout - it keeps cold, filtered water readily available and has been brilliant for encouraging more water intake (fruit-infused water is a big hit!). The flexible middle drawer is another smart feature; knowing we can adjust the temperature for different needs like deli snacks or drinks gives us great options. And thumbs up to Samsung for including an ice scoop! It solves the problem of hands grabbing ice directly and keeps things more hygienic.
We are thrilled with this purchase so far. It's spacious, convenient, and already making life a little easier for our large, busy family.

Love it!

We bought this Bespoke a few months ago and just love it. We have only had one hiccup, changing the water filter is not as simple as it is instructed! Do yourself a favor and disconnect the water from the frig before reinstalling the filter canister. I ended up flooding the center drawer and freezer! Otherwise we absolutely love just how much space we have, especially during the holidays. The Inside beverage center is lovely and we use the center drawer for breads and cheese. Everything finds a home in this frig. It’s also super convenient and easy to keep clean. Our black panels do require us to wipe them down at least every other day. I can’t wait to replace our other appliances with this series.

Large capacity refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this refrigerator. Its perfect for medium to large families. You can fit any size container in there. I had to remove the doors since it was the big 29 cu. ft 4 door and it didnt go through a door way. It was super easy to remove all doors with help of one person. The fridge can be connected to smart things app. Where you can check the temperature of the upper and freezer compartments. You can modify all the shelves of the refrigerator. I can fit tall champagne bottles. From the smart things app you can control the temperature, ice maker and autofill water pitcher. It comes with a pre installed water filter. It will tell you when it is close for replacement in the smart things app. The freezer has 4 large containers. It has pretty good light in all the compartments of the fridge. I love the stainless steel doors. Overall I am very happy with my fridge. I would 100% recommend it.

Spacious, Smart, and Seriously Impressive

The storage capacity alone makes a huge difference—it finally feels like there’s room for everything.
What really stands out, though, are the smart features. The built-in auto-fill water pitcher is such a win—it’s always full of cold, filtered water, and adding fruit to it has made staying hydrated a lot more fun. The adjustable middle drawer is another favorite; it’s great having a spot that can switch between functions depending on what we need that week. Also, a small detail we love: the included ice scoop. It’s such a simple touch, but it makes grabbing ice way more hygienic.
So far, this fridge has been a total game-changer for our busy household. It’s practical, well-designed, and honestly just makes everyday life smoother.

Sleek but family friendly

The layout is super functional—I love the four doors because I can actually keep things organized without constantly digging or shifting stuff around. The Beverage Center is used constantly in our house. I didn’t think I’d care about the autofill pitcher, but it’s become one of my favorite features.
The stainless finish looks clean and modern, and I like that the design doesn’t feel bulky or clunky. The flex drawer is more useful than I expected—we rotate it between snacks, leftovers, and drinks depending on the week. It’s quiet, holds temperature well, and feels like it was made for actual everyday use, not just to look pretty in a kitchen. It’s genuinely made things easier in our household. Additional note: the door holds an entire bottle of champagne standing up and that is not something I’ve experienced in a refrigerator before!
