Machine stopped pumping water after 5 months of once daily use while only using bottled water.

We'd like to help out with your coffee maker not flowing water.

You can also perform an electronic reset. This can be done by unplugging the power cord for 2-3 minutes, then plugging it back in.

Grinder clogging issues. Do not buy

I like the setup and the coffee this makes. Unfortunately the grinder isn’t able to be properly cleaned and after two months it wasn’t getting any grinds through. I never used dark roast, and always used the most coarse setting but even that is pretty fine… I cleaned out the grinder with the instructions in the manual after the first 25 brews and it was fine, but before I got to 50 brews it clogged up on me. It seems like part of the grind mechanism is not reachable which is a pretty big flaw. I cleaned everything out that was accessible and still get no grounds coming through.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

2 machines, 2 months and 2 many beans

This is our second time giving this machine the chance to work appropriately. Two different machines, two months of proper working and then, THERE ARE NEVER THE CORRECT AMOUNT OF BEANS. We have to literally open the flap, do nothing to the beans, press BREW and POOF! it’s working.
I’m done. If GE doesn’t want this machine, I’m going to throw it away. I hope Shark makes a better product.

Nice cup of coffee..crappy app.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brews a great cup of coffee. The app sucks ! does not allow me to save a schedule. Not intuitive. Constantly floods me with notifications that are false positives. I disabled the bean sensor that helped a bit. The rest of the notifications are just random nonsense i.e. ensure filter basket is seated etc etc.
Please fix the app !!

We are so pleased to hear you're enjoying your coffee each morning. This model has a temperature button that can change the temperature by 1-degree increments between 185-205 Fahrenheit. Hold the temperature button to switch the unit between Fahrenheit and Celsius. A lot of money for a conceptually flawed appliance

Opening the basket holder lid pulls it out of its seat. You can't close the basket holder unless you get it seated and it takes some effort to seat it.
Takes 3-4 minutes to make a cup.
Spills coffee when the basket holder is opened unless it's allowed to dry after brewing.
Major cleanup job with every cup.
If you use it mostly for one-cup, you have to store the large basket somewhere.
The user manual isn't very useful for anything but setting it up initially.
The app is pretty useless: why do you need bluetooth connectivity to brew or program something that requires you to be present to load it with coffee, etc? Youtube indicates that the voice command is unreliable, as if you needed that either.
Bright side? You can make a great cup of coffee with it. Oh, and it's pretty.
